HillTop Haven
Greenwich, CT
Proud to see my photography featured in the March 2026 issue of Connecticut Cottages & Gardens (CTC&G), showcasing the stunning "Hilltop Haven" project in Greenwich, CT, designed by Laura Kaehler Architects. My goal was to translate the architect’s vision of a "leaner New England vernacular" into a series of frames that felt both monumental and intimate. In the kitchen, I focused on the rhythm of the white-oak beams to emphasize the structural depth of the open-concept design. It was essential to capture the lower-level’s transition to the pool terrace, showing how the architecture naturally extends into the landscape. Throughout the day, I looked for those quiet, high-contrast moments that define the "modern Versailles" aesthetic of the interiors. Every shot was carefully composed to reflect how this home manages to feel cozy even when hosting a family of two dozen. It is always a pleasure to see my work in print, especially when the subject matter is this meticulously crafted.
