Aerial & Architectural Photography

I do have a FAA Part 107 license to fly drones commercially in the US. Some of my landscape architecture and commercial projects sometimes benefit from a bird’s eye view. Below are a few images from the last 12months.

The FAA released new drone rules on Dec 28th, 2020 to advance airspace safety. A big part of it is that drones will have to be equipped with Remote ID. There is supposed to be now more flexibility with waivers for night flights and flying over people and property.

The rules will become effective 60 days after publication, and the drone manufacturers have 18 months to produce drones with Remote ID technology.

The FAA just released new guidelines for drone operation
